Too easy! I was given this recipe by my local cashier at the grocer's when I gave her my pumkin pie custard recipe....
1 small can of pumpkin
1 Spice cake mix
...........mix together and pour into muffin pans lined with paper.....bake according to cake directions for cupcakes.....yep, really THAT easy!
