4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup milk1 bag (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed3 cups hot cooked riceMake It
SPRAY skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
ADD prepared cheese product, soup, milk and broccoli. Reduce heat to low. Cook until prepared cheese product is melted, stirring occasionally.
SPOON chicken mixture over rice.
